I was installing a storm door and followed all the write instruction that came with the door and ran into a problem I called the number given and was rooted to a call center in Manilla, Philippians. I am so sorry but i could not understand what was said the accent and the poor command of the English language made communication impossible.
I politely ask to be connected to someone for which English was their first language. I have come to understand that they would have some call me back because they did. Long story short after spending three hours i managed to figure something out and believe the door is correctly installed no thanks to Andersen and their customer support.
I feel that it is incumbent on Andersen to have some available who can communicate clearly with me or explain before my purchase that they don't provide customer service. Hey guys try buying Larson
